HONG KONG, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- A 5.8-magnitude earthquake jolted 17km northeast of Suyan in southern Philippines at 003041 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 74.38 km, was initially determined to be at 6.1902 degrees north latitude and 125.473 degrees east longitude.
