KABUL, July 23, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Afghan anti-riot police block the street in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, on July 23, 2016. An incident took place at around mid-day when thousands of people were holding a demonstration to register their protest over change in route of a major electricity line when a blast hit the crowd and killed at least 61 people.
