BERLIN, July 23, 2016 (Xinhua) -- The national flag of Germany hangs at half-mast at the Chancellery in Berlin, capital of Germany, on July 23, 2016. "With heavy heart, we all mourn with the families," said German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Saturday in her first statement after the shootout in Munich killed 10 and injured 27 people on Friday night.
