KIEV, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian investigators began a terror probe after a blast in Kiev late Wednesday killed two, Ukrainian Security Service spokesperson Olena Gitlyanska said Thursday.
A motorcycle parked in front of a local TV channel building exploded, killing a 36-year-old passerby and the bodyguard of a lawmaker, Gitlyanska wrote on Facebook.
Igor Mosiychuk, a lawmaker from the Radical Party, was among the three people injured in the explosion.
Local media reports said his condition remains serious but not life-threatening.
Oleg Lyashko, leader of the Radical Party, called the blast an "assassination attempt" on Mosiychuk.
