Benchmark indices continued to trade higher amid volatility ahead of outcome of two-day RBI monetary policy meeting due Wednesday afternoon.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 31,497.38, 213.66 points or 0.68 percent up compared to its previous close at 31,283.72.
