Military airplane crashes in southwest Russia, no casualties reported

MOSCOW, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- A YAK-130 combat trainer plane crashed Saturday near the Borisoglebsk airfield in the Voronezh region, southwest Russia, after finishing a flight task, local media cited Russian Defense Ministry as saying.

The crew of the plane were safely catapulted, the reports said.
