Egypt's Sisi underlines necessity of building new cities

CAIRO, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi stressed on Tuesday the necessity of setting up new cities and upgrading industrial zones, the state-run MENA news agency reported.

At a meeting with Prime Minister Sherif Ismail and Minister of Trade and Industry Tarik Kabil, the president also underlined the importance of providing all services and utilities in the new cities and industrial zones.

He asserted the necessity of connecting these areas to the railways network to facilitate the movement of goods and encourage exports, said Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef.
