KABUL, July 17, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Afghan men work at a brick factory in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, July 17, 2016. Some 16 million people in the country are eligible to work and out of them only 3 million have permanent jobs while the remaining 13 million others have random or part-time jobs with no regular income, according to labor union officials.
