Chinese shares open mixed Tuesday

BEIJING, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks opened mixed Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.06 percent to open at 3,320.31 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.02 percent higher at 11,145.75 points.
