Dollar changes hands in mid-112 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

TOKYO, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-112 yen zone early Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 112.49-50 yen compared with 112.52-62 yen in New York and 112.62-64 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.1830-1830 dollars and 133.07-09 yen against 1.1820-1830 dollars and 133.07-17 yen in New York and 1.1857-1859 dollars and 133.54-58 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon.
