LONDON, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Monday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.35 percent, or 25.74 points, to close at 7,383.90 points.
Micro Focus International, a multinational software and information technology business, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 3.69 percent. Antofagasta, a copper mining group, dropped 3.42 percent, and Anglo American, a multinational mining company, fell 2.09 percent.
GlaxoSmithKline, a British pharmaceutical company, soared 1.77 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. GKN and Intertek Group increased by 1.63 percent and 1.55 percent respectively. Enditem
