NEW YORK, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted 60km northeast of Tadine, New Caledonia, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said on Thursday.
The epicenter, with a depth of 12.45 km, was initially determined to be at 21.1498 degrees south latitude and 168.2791 degrees east longitude.
