WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 (Xinhua) -- Dwight Howard had 26 points and 13 rebounds to help the Charlotte Hornets win at 129-124 over the Washington Wizards at home on Wednesday.
"We love playing at home," Howard said. "Thank you, Charlotte. That energy in the building is what keeps us going. But now we need that same energy on the road."
The Hornets improved to 7-2 at home. But they're still 1-7 on the road.
Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lamb each finished with 24 points for the Hornets.
