FRANKFURT, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index up 64.93 points, or 0.50 percent, to close at 13,058.66 points.
European mass media company ProSiebenSat.1 won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up by 4.71 percent. Automotive manufacturer Volkswagen and energy group RWE rose by 4.12 percent and 3.08 percent respectively.
European health care company Fresenius SE lost the most among the blue chips, by falling 1.00 percent. Sportswear and equipment maker Adidas and chemical and consumer goods company Henkel down by 0.61 percent and 0.53 percent respectively.
Volkswagen was the most-traded share with a turnover of 548.38 million euros (646.04 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
