BERLIN, Nov. 17 (Xinhua) -- Bad news don't seem to end for 2012 German Champion Borussia Dortmund. While the side lost the lead in the Bundesliga and is in danger to be eliminated in the Champions League as early as after the group stage, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was suspended by coach Peter Bosz for the Bundesliga game against VfB Stuttgart.

According to reports, the 28-year-old Gabon rooted striker missed the start of the Yellow and Blacks latest training session by 20 minutes. Teammates are annoyed by the clubs special favors for the striker the TV station sky reports. The local newspaper "Reviersport" comments teammates confirmed Aubameyang is late for every second training session and disturbing the teams' atmosphere. Teammates complain Aubameyang regards himself as inviolable.

The new trouble hits the club having to face three crucial games within seven days. After Stuttgart, Dortmund meets Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League and regional rival FC Schalke in a vital derby.

Pundits assume Aubameyang's future in Dortmund could be uncertain when causing further trouble as it is the future of coach Bosz when the Dutchman does not manage a turnaround in results.

Op top, reports speak of chief scout Sven Mislintat to soon leave for Premier League club FC Arsenal. Mislintat is said to be responsible for most of the clubs successful transfers in the past years.

Trouble around Aubameyang currently comes to a climax after the striker missed to score a goal for as long as 476 minutes. At the same time, Aubameyang enjoys several special favors such as trips to Italy and France during weekdays allowed by the club teammates complain.

"After I went to Milano last year I could understand the ban for a game because I offended a rule. This time I can`t understand the clubs action. I wasn't late for training deliberately," Aubameyang told the Berlin-based tabloid Bild. Aubameyang claims he had the wrong time for training in mind.

In November 2016 Aubameyang was banned for a game by former Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel after traveling to Italy for a private party without permission. This week Aubameyang published new photos from a trip to Barcelona to party with former teammate Ousmane Dembele. The pictures were deleted by Aubameyang' s management after the latest suspension. According to a report, the newest trip took place with the clubs permission.

Former Dortmund defender Christoph Metzelder said the current suspension is no surprise. "His behavior might be accepted when he scores goals, but it all comes to a point when things get too much. That seems to be the case at present," the former German international commented.

To suspend Aubameyang is not without a risk for coach Bosz as the striker scored ten league goals in eleven games, three in the German Cup and one in the Champions League. Dortmund won 27 of 38 games when Aubameyang scored but only four of 21 when the striker missed a goal.

Bosz is under fire after the side is suffering from a sportive crisis. To get along with Aubameyang' s lack of discipline and at the same time address the strikers need for entertainment seems to be a crucial point for Bosz and Dortmund. The current suspension is regarded to be Bosz's attempt to strengthen his authority.

While the team travelled to Stuttgart Aubameyang had to attend a training session in Dortmund.

German international Andre Schuerrle is said to replace Dortmund's striker number one for the Stuttgart game.
