LONDON, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Monday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.24 percent, or 17.81 points, to close at 7,415.18 points.
Carnival, a cruise company, soared 1.71 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. AstraZeneca and Diageo increased by 1.23 percent and 0.82 percent respectively.
Babcock International Group, a British support services company, was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 7.32 percent.
