CHENGDU, China, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese tennis player Wu Yibing defeated Sebastian Baez of Argentina 6-3, 6-2 to reach the 2017 ITF Junior Masters final here on Saturday.
The junior world No. 1 enjoyed the 55-minute victory with eight aces. "With no hesitate, I just want to go forward," Wu said. "I tried to enhance my serve and it worked."
Awaiting Wu in the final is Emil Ruusuvuori, who stunned the junior world No. 2 Axel Geller 6-2, 6-4.
ITF Junior Masters feature the top 8 players of this year's Junior ITF world rankings. The format is simular to the ATP/WTA year-end championships.
