MADRID, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares lost on Thursday, with the benchmark Ibex-35 down 0.02 percent or 2.5 points, to close at 10,275.90 points.
A total of 17 of the selected 35 large companies lost in the day.
Insurance company Mapfre was down 2.20 percent, followed by renewable energy company Siemens Gamesa and supermarket chain DIA which lost 1.65 percent and 1.55 percent respectively.
Steel manufacturing corporation ArcelorMittal advanced 2.64 percent, being the top gainer of the day. Telecommunication company Cellnex rose 2.47 percent and technology solutions provider Amadeus was up 1.18 percent. Enditem
