LONDON, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- British stocks decreased on Monday, with the benchmark FTSE 100 Index down by 0.13 percent, or 9.35 points, to close at 7,301.29 points.
ConvaTec Group, a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, soared 1.05 percent, the top gainer of the blue chips. BT Group and ITV increased by 1.47 percent and 1.44 percent, respectively.
The international private hospital group Mediclinic International was the worst performer in the blue chips, with its shares losing 5.14 percent. Antofagasta, a Chilean mining group, dropped 3.35 percent. Anglo American, an international mining group, fell 3.34 percent. Enditem
