Cadets prepare for a flight training at the Guanghan Airport of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China in Guanghan, southwest China's Sichuan Province, Sept. 21, 2017. To be a qualified civil aviation pilot is not an easy task. After passing through 130 items of physical examination, cadets must complete over 50 theory courses and obtain at least five licenses such as private and commercial pilot licenses at school. Only when they arrive at 255 hours of flight training and pass through a rigid assessment, can they finally graduate. Even recruited by an airline, they are still required to take an additional training to accustom to company's aircraft types. Then they will finally obtain qualifications to fly a civil plane.
