Chinese president expresses condolences to Mexico over earthquake

BEIJING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday expressed condolences to his Mexican counterpart Enrique Pena Nieto over a strong earthquake that hit central Mexico.
