DOHA, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Qatar ranks 55th among 130 countries in the World Economic Forum (WEF)'s global human capital index 2017, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported Thursday.
Doha, with a score of 63.97, outperforms the rest of the countries in the Middle East and North Africa with an average score of 55.91, QNA said.
In terms of human development capacity, Qatar ranks 94th with a score of 58.7, while in deployment the score is 78.5, ranking 10th, in development it is 67.4, ranking 52nd, and in know-how, the score is 51.2, ranking 69th.
