MADRID, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares gained on Wednesday, with the benchmark Ibex-35 up 0.34 percent, or 34.8 points, to close at 10,371 points.
A total of 22 of the selected 35 large companies gained in the day.
Technology solutions provider Amadeus advanced 1.67 percent, being the top gainer of the day. It was followed by Spain's seventh largest bank Bankinter and Spain's third largest bank Caixabank that rose 1.62 percent and 1.45 percent respectively.
Renewable energy company Siemens Gamesa went down 2.49 percent, the top loser of the blue chips. Stainless steel manufacturer group Acerinox lost 1.75 percent and mass media company Mediaset went down 1.65 percent. Enditem
