DUBAI, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces, has ordered on Thursday the dispatch of a special aircraft to help evacuate Emirati citizens from Florida, Dubai daily Gulf News reported.

Emirati citizens will be relocated to a "safer place," said the report.

Sheikh Mohammad also ordered to provide the Emirati citizens in Florida "all their needs" before Hurricane Irma is expected to hit the most southern U.S. federal state of Florida.

Irma already left a trace of devastation across the northern Caribbean and killed at least 10 people and left thousands of houses destroyed.
