PYONGYANG, Sept. 7 (Xinhua) -- Japanese wrestler-turned-lawmaker Antonio Inoki arrived here Thursday for an unofficial visit, said the official Korean Central News Agency.
The purpose of his visit, the second since 2014, remains unknown.
Inoki, 74, visited Pyongyang three years ago and met with the DPRK's top legislator, Kim Yong Nam.
His visit came as tensions remain high on the Korean Peninsula due to nuclear and missile tests by the DPRK and U.S.-South Korean joint drills.
