ISLAMABAD, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- Some 17 laborers working for drinking water projects were kidnapped in northwestern Pakistan's Khyber Agency, local Urdu reports said Tuesday.
The laborers were taken to the Afghan side of the bilateral borders by around 10 kidnappers, the reports quoted security forces as saying, adding one laborer managed to escape.
