KHARTOUM, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) -- Fayez al-Sarraj, the head of Libya's UN-backed government, will start a two-day visit to Sudan on Sunday, official SUNA news agency reported Thursday.
Al-Sarraj is scheduled to hold talks with Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, SUNA said.
He will also meet with Sudan's First Vice-President and Prime Minister Bakri Hassan Saleh and other government officials.
The Libyan leader will sign a number of agreements with Sudan, including the establishment of a political consultation committee between the two countries' foreign ministries.
