Urgent: Five dead, 153 injured after typhoon Hato hit Macao

MACAO, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- Five people were confirmed dead and 153 others injured after typhoon Hato struck Macao on Wednesday, said the Service of Health of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) government.

The injured were rushed to hospitals for treatment, it said.
