Suicide bombing kills 8 in northern Cameroon

YAOUNDE, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- Eight civilians were killed and several others injured in a suicide bombing Saturday night in Limani, northern Cameroon, near the Nigerian border, security sources said on Sunday.

A young woman detonated her explosive belt near a group of people gathered around a restaurant Saturday night, according to the source.

The suicide bomber died in the blast.
