MADRID, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Spanish shares lost on Monday, with the benchmark Ibex-35 down 0.32 percent, or 33.9 points, to close at 10,502.20 points.
A total of 21 of the 35 selected large companies, lost in the day.
Renewable energy company Siemens Gamesa was down 5.01 percent, followed by supermarket chain DIA and engineering and infrastructure company Tecnicas Reunidas that lost 4.95 percent and 3.43 percent respectively.
Energy supplier Gas Natural gained 2.17 percent, being the top gainer of the day. Chemical and pharmaceutical company Grifols gained 2.04 percent and Spain's airport operator AENA was up 1.23 percent. Enditem
