International golfers to vie in Ciputra Golfpreneur 2017 next month

JAKARTA, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Nearly 150 golfers will compete in Ciputra Golfpreneur 2017 tournament in Indonesia next month, senior official of Ciputra group said here on Monday.

Director of Ciputra Group Budiarsa Sastrawinata said that the annual event will be played in an outskirt city of Jakarta from August 23 to 26 of this year.

Last year, Oscar Zetwall from Sweden won the title. The Ciputura Golfpreneur 2017 tournament will provide 110,000 U.S. dollars in prize, Sastrawinata said.

The tournament was first held in 1993.
