AMMAN, July 26 (Xinhua) -- Jordan's Cabinet on Wednesday called for drafting a plan to take legal action against the shooting near the Israeli embassy that resulted in the death of two Jordanians, the state-run Petra news agency reported.

The cabinet decided on Wednesday to form a committee to recommend a proper legal action at all levels including the international level.

At the Cabinet's meeting Wednesday, Minister of Foreign Affair Ayman Safadi reviewed measures Jordan took to preserve the rights of the two Jordanians who were killed in a building near the Israeli embassy in Amman.

Jordan, he said, will take all legal actions and tools to complete the investigation into the shooting to ensure justice.

On Tuesday, Safadi said Jordan made no deals or negotiations in dealing with shooting near Israeli embassy that led to the deaths of two Jordanians and the injury of one Israeli.

Jordan insisted on interrogating the Israeli who killed two Jordanians although he enjoys diplomatic immunity, Safadi said during a press conference Tuesday.

On Sunday, the police said a Jordanian teenager tried to stab an Israeli embassy staffer with a screwdriver following a dispute over the delay in delivering furniture to a house near the Israeli embassy that was rented by the Israeli embassy staff.

The Israeli embassy staff shot the Jordanian teenager and killed him and a Jordanian doctor, who owns the residential building, was next to the teenager and got injured and later died from his wounds. Enditem
