Berlin Schoenefeld airport terminal reopened after police check

BERLIN, July 20 (Xinhua) -- The Terminal D of Berlin's Shoenefeld Airport was open again after it was evacuated for suspicious object on Thursday afternoon.

The airport said on its official Twitter account that the police have examined the item and classified it as harmless.

Terminal D was later open again, but delays are still possible, the airport said.
