WINDHOEK, July 3 (Xinhua) -- Namibia football coach Ricardo Mannetti is set to make wholesome changes to the team which will face Swaziland on Tuesday in the 2017 Cosafa Castle Cup Plate Section semifinal.

The 2015 champions lost their chance of lifting the Cosafa Cup title again following their loss to Lesotho in a quarterfinal game played on Saturday in South Africa.

In a statement on Monday, the coach said he was not happy with the players attitude and approach to the match on Saturday and therefore he will make changes to his team on Tuesday.

"Yes we had problems with the preparations and all that is known but we should achieve been better. Therefore I have decided to bring in new players for the Swaziland clash, also with one eye on the African Nations Championship qualifier we have next week. I will give more local players a chance to play," Mannetti said.

Namibia will face Swaziland on Tuesday at the Moruleng Stadium and if they win will advance to the Plate Section final and face either hosts South Africa or Botswana on Friday, July 7 at the same venue.

Meanwhile, in the African Nations Championship 2018 qualifier, Namibia will host in-form Zimbabwe on July 16 at the Sam Nujoma Stadium, in Windhoek, while the return leg is scheduled for Harare on July 23.
