HANOI, June 30 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's first double-decker bus started operating here on Friday on a trial basis to serve tourists, and this kind of vehicle will be used more widely in the next one or two months.
The bus, domestically made with a cost of around 8 billion Vietnamese dong (354,000 U.S. dollars), equipped with modern facilities and free 4G wi-fi service, runs along Hanoi capital's key places of interests, Vietnam News Agency reported.
Double-decker buses will operate in Hanoi and six other localities nationwide to transport tourists to places of interests and between the localities and airports.
