FRANKFURT, June 23 (Xinhua) -- German shares lost on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index down 60.59 points, or 0.47 percent, to close at 12,733.41 points.
Energy group RWE lost the most among the blue chips, down by 2.51 percent, followed by German banking and financial services provider Commerzbank and energy group E.ON, which lost 1.54 percent and 1.23 percent respectively.
German airlines Lufthansa, semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies and housing association Vonovia were the top three winners, rising 0.41 percent, 0.33 percent and 0.26 percent respectively.
Commerzbank was the most traded share of the day with a turnover of 191.34 million euros (213.78 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
