Several feared dead as boat capsizes in Kenya

LAMU, Kenya, June 20 (Xinhua) -- Several people are feared dead after a passenger boat heading to Ndau village in the coastal region of Lamu capsized on Tuesday.

Local residents said seven women and three children were among those killed after the boat carrying 35 passengers capsized. However, the Kenya Red Cross Society put the death toll at six.
