FRANKFURT, June 16 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index up 60.92 points, or 0.48 percent, to close at 12,752.73 points.
German semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 2.09 percent. German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom and energy group RWE rose by 1.81 percent and 1.71 percent respectively.
Siemens lost the most among the blue chips by falling 1.39 percent. Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Post went down by 0.56 percent and 0.39 percent respectively.
Siemens was the most-traded share, with a turnover of 882.89 million euros (985.92 million U.S. dollars). Enditem
