Bulgarian military helicopter crashes in Black Sea, 3 injured

SOFIA, June 9 (Xinhua) -- A Bulgarian Navy helicopter AS 565MB Panther fell into the Black Sea on Friday, and three crew members on board were injured, with the life of one of them being in danger, officials said.

The Ministry of Defense said in a statement that the incident occurred around 12:30 pm local time when the helicopter performed tasks during the tactical exercise "Black Sea -- 2017".

Frigate "Drazki" and divers have acted immediately to give first aid to the crew, the ministry added.
