Hong Kong stocks close 0.24 pct higher

HONG KONG, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 62.36 points, or 0.24 percent, to 25,701.63 points on Monday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 25,579.15 and 25,744.72. Turnover totaled 60.80 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 7.80 billion U.S. dollars).
