U.S. stocks rally amid Trump's budget proposal

NEW YORK, May 23 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks extended gains on Tuesday as Wall Street kept an eye on President Trump's first full budget plan.

The Dow added 0.21 percent, and the S&P 500 rose 0.18 percent, while the Nasdaq increased 0.08 percent.
