MINSK, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko strongly condemned the terrorist act at the Manchester Arena in Britain, the presidential press service said on Tuesday.
Lukashenko expressed condolences to Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, families and friends of the victims of the terrorist attack in Manchester.
The president said Belarusian people share the grief and pain of the families of the victims, and mourn together with the people of the United Kingdom.
"We strongly condemn the terror attack as well as all forms of terrorism, extremism and religious radicalism," Lukashenko stressed.
Lukashenko also added that the intimidation of the society cannot serve as a tool for achieving any goals.
