MUMBAI, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with positive note Tuesday, following mixed global cues.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 30,592.22, 21.25 points or 0.07 percent up compared to its previous close at 30,570.97.
