ROK president's special envoy to visit China

BEIJING, May 16 (Xinhua) -- Lee Hae-chan, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and former prime minister, will visit China from May 18 to 20 as ROK President Moon Jae-in's special envoy, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told a routine press briefing Tuesday.
