LOS ANGELES, May 10, (Xinhua) -- The national famous Californian cook chef Sandra Lee banished the House Speaker Paul Ryan from her TV kitchen when she was preparing a cooking segment on Fox & Friend early Tuesday.

She told the Republican House speaker, "I need you to go away so I can collect my thoughts, prepare, and get ready for the segment", Pagesix.com reported.

According to the report, Paul Ryan, Wisconsin's First District Congressman and the House speaker, had an interview segment before Lee on Fox & Friend with host Steve Doocy. During the break, the host brought Ryan over to the TV kitchen to try some food made by Lee, which annoyed Sandra Lee.

She not only refused to let Ryan try the food, but made some "dismissive remark and looked away", the report said.

Sandra Lee, born in Santa Monica of California, is a cancer survivor, and her longtime boyfriend is the Democratic New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo.

In this March, Andrew Cuomo ripped into the health care plan proposed by Paul Ryan and President Donald Trump. He claimed that once the Obamacare was abolished, New York state would lead to a loss of 6.9 billions U.S. dollars.

Some person in the know disclosed to the Pagesix.com that "It wasn't a very friendly 'Fox & Friends.' Sandra wasn't even comfortable with having Paul Ryan on the same stage as her during the commercial break, never mind on air. It was very frosty. She simply does not believe in anything Ryan believes in."
