TOKYO, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 113 yen zone in early deals on Friday morning, marginally higher than levels seen overnight in New York.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 113.33-34 yen compared with 113.20-30 yen in New York and 113.94-95 yen in Tokyo on Thursday at 5:00 p.m.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.0669-0669 dollars and 120.92-96 yen against 1.0667-0677 dollars and 120.83-93 yen in New York and 1.0611-0612 dollars and 120.90-94 yen in late Thursday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
