    奥运会身份和注册卡

    奥运会身份和注册卡是指由国际奥委会通过奥组委颁发的个人卡片。卡片持有者有权参加奥运会。卡片系卡片持有者的身份证明，明确了卡片持有者在奥运会上享有的准入权及其他特权；如有需要，卡片与护照或其他有效旅行证件结合使用，可授予持有者入境权。

    Olympic Identity and Accreditation Card (OIAC)

    A personalised card granted by the IOC, through the OCOG, which confers on its holder the right to attend the Olympic Games. It establishes the identity of the holder, identifies the access rights and other privileges of the card holder for the Olympic Games and if required authorises entry into the country together with a passport or other valid travel document. (See Olympic Charter Rules 65-66)

    La carte personnelle délivrée sous l’autorité du CIO, est un document qui établit l’identité de son titulaire et confère à celui-ci le droit de prendre part aux Jeux Olympiques. Conjointement avec le passeport ou d’autres documents de voyages officiels de son titulaire, elle confère également l’autorisation d’entrer dans le pays de la ville h?te des Jeux Olympiques.(Voir Règle 65-66 de la Charte Olympique)
