DUSHANBE, Sept. 3 (Xinhua) -- Russia is ready for talks with Libya's rebel National Transitional Council (NTC) in Moscow on the future of Russian energy projects in that country, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said here Saturday.
"They have proposed contacts. We invited relevant officials to Moscow at their request. We will be discussing all this with them," Lavrov told journalists in Dushanbe, where a Commonwealth of Independent States summit is being held.
