Iran's Ahmadinejad says Obama "missing chances" to change

TEHRAN, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday that U.S. President Barack Obama is " missing chances" to make changes and do reforms.

"We expected Mr. Obama to be able to make changes and we announced that we will help him," Ahmadinejad said addressing a rally in Tehran. Full story

Ahmadinejad: imperialism to fail in seizing control of Mideast energy resources

TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Thursday that imperialist powers are trying to seize control of the Middle East energy resources but they will fail, the local satellite Press TV reported.

Talking to a group of officials in Tehran, Ahmadinejad said Iran, together with other freedom-loving countries in the region, will never allow imperialism to succeed. Full story
