The water atomizers installed at the gas station have substantially lowered the temperature.

The manager of the gas station learned about a cooling device being used at the on-going World Expo in Shanghai. He managed to buy one set from a manufacturer in South China. Compared with traditional climate control equipment, the running cost of the water atomizer is strikingly low.
Shi Tiezhu, gas station manager, said, "It takes less than 10 yuan and less than one cubic-meter of water everyday. "
The gas station's parent company is studying the feasibility of the system and is considering installing it at other outlets.
